In the office some people just complain and kept saying complain. Of course I could understand why they are telling those. But sometimes the mood went down and gloomy. There was two teams and I was between them. They never negotiated. It was terrible.

At worst, people can even create factions and argue against each other, often leaving people such as myself to be caught in the crossfires.
