Recently young men finds it harder to get jobs than the young men used to do. So there are several reasons. First one is young women. Also more young women is searching for a jobs especially when they are educated well with the diploma. So the young men so there are datas which shows young women with diploma are getting job easier than young men with a diploma. Another thing is might cause by AI automation. So automation and AI can be replaced with human being, I mean that labours. So young men are more struggling to find a job competing with those automation and technology. So third reason is that the traditional industry has transformed a little bit. Like healthcare social services are not the main industries which young men are searching for jobs but these days many manufacturers and technology companies they are implement those automation technology so young men they are losing the chance to be hired in the industry. So they might be they might need another skills compared to the traditional manufacturer in the olden days so they developed more skills to be hired.
