Woops! How messy! I need to study English sentence structure more!
In the first job, I worked as a customer service agent. In an IT company. Actually it was more difficult that I expected. Someone might think it might be easy to do the work, because when we can go to the manual and we can just provide the solution related to the manual but to me it was quite difficult, because when I listened to the customers, actually they, most of them, they didn’t describe their problems effectively, efficiently, so I needed to lead them to find out which problems they were experiencing.
