I had never heard of it before this but I got some images about this. It is related to free rider concept, so when we have some work is supposed to work together and some people neglect the work and if any other people do that, they just get the achievement.

Although I had not heard of this concept before reading the article, I imagined it being similar to the free rider concept, which is an economic term that describes the phenomenon of people not contributing if they can take advantage of someone else’s work. Social loafing is when people tend to neglect their work when they are collaborating with others and still taking credit for the achievement.
